Welcome to the Empire Inn & Suites. We are pleased that you have chosen to stay with us. We strive to provide you with the best possible experience and services as we keep all our guest’s best interests in mind.
With this in mind, we would like to inform you of the guidelines we have implemented to create a safe and pleasant stay for all our guests.
- Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am before and after we charge $ 20 per hour.
- The maximum number of guests allowed in a guest room with 1 bed is 2 and in a guestroom with 2 beds 4. Exceeding this number violates the city of Red Deer Fire Code.
- We will only offer keys to registered guests was just guest aged 19 or older upon verification of a picture ID. We prefer to have I want the guests occupying the room to add it to your reservation.
- Guest information like names on the registry is considered part of the motel’s business records. The court has ruled that the Motel operators must be allowed to object before police can demand access to these records without a warrant, providing a layer of privacy protection.

Failure to comply with these rules will result in one warning given by the General Manager. If the warning is not adhered to, it will result in possible eviction. No refunds will be given. Please remember that these rules are designed with the safety and concern of all our valued guests.
