Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Reservations canceled at least 24 hours before the check-in date are exempt from any charges.
  • The motel is also allowed to modify its reservation dates without penalty.
  • All refunds, when applicable are processed via bank deposit or electronic transfer and may take 5-10 business days to be reflected in the guest's account.
  • The damage deposit is non-refundable if any guests cause any form of disturbance on the premises.
